MyReadingManga is an online library and editorial blog for people who love comics from Japan, Korea and China. We built it around a simple idea: reading a series you enjoy should be easy, whether you have five minutes on a bus or a free evening to binge an entire arc.
Who We Are
We are a team of readers first. Some of us grew up with black-and-white manga volumes, others discovered full-colour manhwa on a phone, and some fell for sprawling cultivation manhua with worlds and vocabularies of their own. What we share is an appreciation for the medium and a belief that a good reading experience should be calm, fast and free of clutter.
That belief shapes every part of the site, from the way chapters scroll to the way our articles are written and reviewed.
What MyReadingManga Offers
The library is the heart of the site. It brings manga, manhwa and manhua together so you can follow very different stories in one place. Here is what you will find:
- Series pages with a cover, a short synopsis, genre tags, status and the complete chapter list.
- A scrolling reader where panels stack top to bottom at full width, with Previous and Next buttons at both ends of every chapter.
- Latest Updates, which puts the newest chapters at the top, labelled with the series name and chapter number.
- Popular boards with Weekly, Monthly and All Time views to help you discover what other readers enjoy.
- Genre pages covering action, romance, fantasy, mystery, horror, slice-of-life, sports, martial arts and more.
- A full catalogue you can sort by latest update, trending, rating or A–Z.
There is no app to install and no account needed to read. The site works in modern browsers on phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
The Editorial Blog
Alongside the library, we publish an editorial blog. Part of it focuses on the medium itself: how to read manga from right to left, what makes manhwa and manhua different, how release schedules work, how anime adaptations change their source material, and honest reviews of well-known series.
The other part covers everyday topics that matter to our readers, including tech, travel, lifestyle, business, health, finance and crypto basics. Where it fits naturally, we connect those subjects to reading, digital comics or Japanese, Korean and Chinese culture — a guide to choosing a reading device, for example, or tips for planning a first trip to Japan.
Our Editorial Team
Articles on MyReadingManga are written and reviewed by our Editorial Team, a group of writers and editors who read widely across comics and the general topics we cover. We publish under a shared team byline because every article passes through more than one pair of hands: one person drafts, another checks facts, sources and clarity, and the piece is updated when information changes.
For health, finance and crypto topics, we stick to general, educational information and point readers to official bodies, regulators and recognised institutions. We do not offer personal medical, legal or financial advice. You can read more about how we work in our Editorial Policy.
Our Values
- Readers first. We design for comfort and speed, and we avoid anything that gets between you and the story.
- Accuracy. We check facts, avoid invented numbers and correct mistakes openly when we find them.
- Respect for creators. Comics exist because artists and writers make them. We take copyright concerns seriously and respond to valid notices through our DMCA process.
- Accessibility. The site should work well on any common device and browser, including older phones and slower connections.
- Openness to feedback. If something is broken, unclear or wrong, we want to hear about it.
